Welcome to our Blog..

I met Maryann on a dark New Years Eve in 1993  at a famous night club in Ayr. From then they say its history..

We got engaged on Valentines day in 1996, me proposing on 1 drunken knee in a car park in Ayr. In the Summer of 1998 we got married. We moved to Irvine in 1997.

 We married in Mauchline Parish Church then had our reception in the South Beach hotel in Troon. Honeymoon was in Morocco. For our 10th wedding anniversary we went to New York for 4 fantastic days. What an experience that was. We moved to Irvine and our first son Andrew was born in the evening of October 24th 2001, some 7 weeks early. He was in the HDU for the first 3 weeks of his life before we were allowed to take him home. Looking at him now he is a big bruiser!

We lived in Irvine untill May 2004 when we moved back to my home town of Mauchline. Maryann has been with the council for almost 15 years now and I worked for Focus DIY until Dec 2008. After a short stint with Homebase as a Sales Manager I am now with Halfords as the manager of Irvine.

Our 2nd son Euan was born on 7th March 2005, and thus the Clan was complete. Always been asked would you have any more kids and the firm answer is eh no. 2 boys is enough! lol

Euan Alexander Hamilton , born 7th March 2005, Irvine Central weighing 6lbs 7oz.

In November 2007 we moved again, this time around the corner to a new Miller home and this is where we remain and until the pensions are earned and prob still paying off the mortgage.

We are a normal happy family enjoying life, socialising with family and friends and watching our sons grow, learn and be happy in this ever-changing world!!
